Refund policy

At Anime Point, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for return or exchange.

• Proof of purchase (order number, photo/video of issue) is required.

Process:

2. Share your order number and product photos/videos.

3. Once verified, we’ll arrange return shipping or replacement.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note: We currently do not accept returns for change of mind or size/color preferences.
